Privacy Policy
How CypherPrompt collects, uses, and protects personal information.
Last updated August 27, 2026
1. Scope
This policy applies to CypherPrompt websites and services. It does not govern third-party websites or LLM providers; review their practices separately.
2. Information we collect
- Account data — email and authentication credentials
- Operational data — prompts, graph run metadata, LLM answers, and usage records when authenticated features or retention are enabled
- Billing data — payment tokens and transaction records via payment partners
- Communications and diagnostics — support messages and technical logs (e.g., browser type, IP address)
Do not submit trade secrets, confidential records, or sensitive personal data you are not authorized to share.
3. Use, sharing, and LLM processing
We use information to operate, secure, and improve the service; authenticate users; process billing; fulfill requested graph and LLM workflows; respond to inquiries; and comply with law. We do not sell personal information. We may share data with service providers (hosting, email, payments, LLM providers, authentication) under contractual protections, when required by law, or in connection with a corporate transaction.
Prompt and graph inputs may be transmitted to third-party LLM providers to generate outputs, subject to their terms and privacy policies.
4. Legal bases, retention, and security
Where required (e.g., GDPR/UK GDPR), we process data on contract performance, legitimate interests, consent where applicable, and legal obligation. We retain data only as long as needed for the purposes above, subject to configured retention limits and legal requirements. We employ administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards; no system is fully secure.
5. Your rights
Depending on jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing. Submit requests to [email protected] (subject: “Privacy Request”). We may verify identity before responding. The service is directed to adults; we do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.
6. International transfers, cookies, and changes
Data may be processed in the United States or other jurisdictions. Cookies are described in our Cookie Policy. We may update this policy; the “Last updated” date reflects the current version.
